Oh Barb! Just the mention of Santa (Freddy Fudd) and Kakeman brings a lump to my throat. To my dying day I'll remember the way Santa Ho-Ho-Ho'd, and the way Kakeman did that dizzying spin. What wonderful, precious memories. The kids now are poor, indeed, who don't have those shows to watch at Christmastime. Thank you, thank you, thank you for bringing up such loved memories! Mape, You sweet lightweight - bed at 8 p.m.?? lol OK, I'll be honest here... I wish I could make myself go to bed early. We have the most comfortable couch in the world and snuggling up on that under an afghan, in front of the TV is just soooo tempting. I never get through one single show!! ZZZZzzzzzzzzz
